Vincent Siragusa
Vincent Peter (Pietro) Siragusa went to be with his Lord and Savior on the evening of Feb. 11. Vince was born July 6, 1931 in California.The son of Pietro Siragusa and Agatha (Coniglio) Siragusa, he grew up in Pittsburg, Calif. He entered the Navy and served in the Korean War aboard an aircraft carrier.He later opened a successful barber shop in San Francisco and married Isabelle Jean Montross.They moved to Polson, where he continued his Barber Shop and owned and operated a Maintenance Service and worked some other professions along the way. He had two sons.In time, he was remarried to Reba (Sparks) and spent most of his time in Oregon, close to the beach. Vince was a joy to be around, loved people and loved to dance.He is preceded in death by both his wives and his first son, Vincent Peter Jr.He is survived by his son James L . and his wife IvaJean (Arlint) Siragusa; and his grandsons Skylar Garrison and Nickolas and Matthew Siragusa.The family will have a memorial later this summer to spread his ashes according to his wishes. No other service is planned.
