Marguerite Winona Gordon

Marguerite Winona Gordon passed away peacefully December 31, 2013 at St. Lukes Nursing Home in Ronan Montana at the age of 93. Marguerite was born in Seattle Washington on April 29, 1920. She and her mother, Emily, moved to Juneau Alaska in the 1930's where she graduated from high school. She met her husband Robert at the local ice cream parlor. She often remarked how all these kids that came after would never have happened without this chance encounter. Marguerite and Robert were married for over 60 years. She is survived by her son Robert D. Gordon of Winnemucca, Nevada and daughter Judith Langdale of Polson Montana. Her family includes 10 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Emily Espey and by her loving husband, Robert A. Gordon and grandson, Keith Gordon. She will be remembered by all who knew her as a kind, loving person with a positive approach to life. She will truly be missed! At Marguerite's request, there will be no services.
