James “Jim” Strizich, an avid outdoorsman and professional trap shooter, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories.

Jim’s passion for the great outdoors was unmatched. He spent countless hours hiking, picking huckleberries, gathering firewood, and immersing himself in forestry. His deep connection with nature was a testament to his adventurous spirit and love for life’s simple pleasures.

As a professional trap shooter, Jim’s precision and skill were admired by many. He was also a trivia whiz who never missed a game of Jeopardy, often blurting out the answers seconds before the TV contestants. His quick wit and vast knowledge made him a joy to watch and challenge.

Jim was the proud owner of Strizich Construction, where his work ethic and dedication were evident in every project. He was known as a fabulous bullshitter, a virtual Romeo with the ladies, and an all-around solid dude. His charm and storytelling ability endeared him to everyone he met, leaving a lasting impression on all who knew him.

Jim leaves behind his Little Chief Smoker and his prized wood splitter, symbols of his love for the simple joys of life.

Jim was preceded in death by his father, Matt; his mother, Arlene; and his brother, Jack. He is survived by his brothers, Bill (Annie) and Tom (Roxanne), as well as his sister-in-law, Francie, along with seven nieces and nephews.

Rest in peace, Jim. You will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing you.
