James Francis Fleming III
James Francis Fleming III was born January 25, 1944 in Polson, Montana, and died August 22, 2014. Jim was the second of eleven children born to James Jr. and Wilma "Billie" Vontz Fleming. He was raised on the family potato farm in Pablo. He attended grade school in Pablo and was in the Ronan graduating class of 1962.
He was married to Margaret Wheeler in 1972, and they had three children, Cynthia, James IV, and Thomas. They later divorced but remained friends. Jim worked on the family farm and was a long haul truck driver until he retired.
Jim was preceded in death by his parents Jim and Billie, and his son Jimmy. He is survived by his daughter Cindy Wilmore and her husband Kevin of Lethbridge Alberta, his son Thomas and his wife Amanda, of Polson, his grandchildren Chance, Ashley, and Brady Johnson, Olivia and Elijah Fleming, great-granddaughter Evie Johnson, and his Aunt Sr. Ruth Vontz.
He also survived by his siblings, Mary, Joan, John, Pat, Peggy, Greg, Neil, Ann, Kate, and Liz, and their spouses and children.
Services will be held at the Polson Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with a Rosary on Wednesday August 27th at 7:00 P.M. and a Funeral Mass on Thursday at 10:30 a.m.
