George Edward Robbins
George Edward Robbins was born June 23, 1933 in Fort Bragg, CA to Hugh Davis and Lucy (Gurley) Robbins and passed away September 22, 2013 in Ronan, MT.
George attended school in Mendicino, CA where he graduated in 1951.
During his life George worked as an electrician, a hunting guide, D.J., guitar picker, and a partner in a construction business in Colorado, Wyoming, and Alaska.
His hobby was nature and wildlife photography and he retired to enjoy it full time.
He married Imelda Bollon on March 23, 1995 in Bacolod City, Phillipines.
George is survived by his loving wife Imelda, sons Rick and Hank (Veronica), and daughter Judy (Gary) Harkless. He is also survived by Imelda's children Grace, Sarah, and Mark and also numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, his brother James (Barbara), his sister Roz Hughes and many nieces and nephews.
George was preceded in death by his parents, a sister Laura, his daughter Teresa and his mother in law.
George was a member of Polson's First Baptist Church and memorials can be made to here.
Memorial services are scheduled for Tuesday, October 1st, 2013 at 11 a.m. at the First Baptist Church in Polson.
