Obituary for
Elizabeth M. Madplume
Elizabeth Marie MadPlume, age 71, passed away on Sunday, July 5, 2015 at St. Joseph Hospital in Polson. She was born on November 4, 1943 in Browning, Montana the daughter of Francis X. Bull Calf and Mary Yellow Wolf.
She graduated from high school and finished cosmetology school and also received a degree from Salish Kootenai College. She was happily married to Robert John MadPlume since February 17, 1975.
Her most treasured thing to do was to study the bible. She loved to be with her family and spend time with her grandbabies. She also loved to go fishing. Enjoying her most valued talent as a homemaker and artist, she did a lot of crafts and bead work. But her curtain making was the best beyond all belief. She had an eye for beautiful things.
She was a beautiful, loving mother and grandmother. A great loving wife and loved the Lord.
She was preceded in death by her dad Francis X. Bull Calf and mom Mary Yellow Wolf.
She is survived by her husband Robert J. MadPlume, her children, Sandra New Breast, Greg "Moe" MadPLume, Paul Hendren, Elizabeth Salway, Catherine Salway and Francine Norton.
Visitation for Elizabeth will be held July 6 through July 8 at 2PM at the family home in Pablo. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at 3:00 P.M. at Mountain View Cemetery in Ronan with Debbie Williams officiating. There will be a dinner at the family home following the graveside service.
Pall Bearers are Elizabeth Salway, Catherine Salway, Kay Old Chief, Cherlene Old Chief, Cheryl Old Chief and Velma Old Wolf.
