Earl Allen Fercho, age 95 of Pablo, walked into the arms of Jesus, Tuesday April 25, 2023. Earl was born on September 11, 1927, in Lehr, North Dakota to Albert and Lydia Fercho. He was the second of five children.
On December 14, 1949, Earl married Lorine Wentz. They lived on a farm in Lehr, North Dakota. In 1955 they moved to Snohomish, Washington where they resided for two years. In 1957 they moved to Jamestown, North Dakota where Earl worked for Liechty Mobile Homes for many years. He worked transporting, setting up, and servicing mobile homes until they moved to Missoula in 1972.
He began working for Rangitsch Brothers until August of 2004. They then moved to Ponderosa Trailer Park in Pablo and became the managers of the park. On March 7, 2008, Lorine passed away. He remained the manager of the trailer park.
He was a bachelor for 6 years until he met Euva Johns at church. They developed a great friendship which led to their marriage on August 10, 2014. He retired as manager of the park and moved to Euva’s home. They always had their home open for a visit and delicious meals.
Earl enjoyed reading his Bible, doing yard work, woodworking, and doing repairs on nearly everything. If he saw something he liked, he would make it including birdhouses for friends and family and little chairs for the grandkids. He also loved singing gospel songs which we will be singing two of his favorite today. He dearly loved all of his grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Earl was preceded in death by his first wife Lorine and three siblings. He will be greatly missed by remaining family, his wife Euva of Pablo, his son, Allen (Patsy) Fercho of Glendive, MT, their children Chad, Troy (Jennifer), and Laci. His daughter Faye (Rick) Bauer of Charlo, MT, and their children Andrea (Brandon) Lohf and Nathan (Jamie) Bauer. Along with his favorite blessings, 16 great grandchildren and soon to be 8 great-great grandchildren.
He was dearly loved by all that had the pleasure of knowing him and will be forever missed. He will be remembered for his quiet and gentle nature, his love of God and country, and his unshakeable faith.
